Setup the User Check-in Kiosk
In this step, you will setup your Kiosk. Kiosk is required to let your clients add themselves into the Queue.
You need at-least one check-in kiosk for FlexiQueue application to operate.
Open the URL https://queuemagic.web.app/kiosk TODO: in your browser. Do not open kiosk link in this tab. We recommend you use separate device(e.g. Ipad) as a check-in kiosk.
QueueManager should never be closed while you are using the Queue.
Once you have opened the kiosk link. Click the button below to proceed to the next step
Add users in the Queue
Great job! your kiosk is now operational. In this step you will add a users in the Queue.
Go to the Kiosk and click on the "Facebook" and scan the QR Code
Once you have added a user in the queue, click the "verify" button below to proceed to next step
Log in to FlexiQueue Operator Portal
Now that you have a user in the Queue. You need to serve that user through FlexiQueue Operator Portal.
Please open Operator Portal Click here. and login in to main operator "Admin"
Click the verify button once you have logged on as operator Admin to move to the next step
Start serving the user
In this step you will start serving the customer.
Please open Operator Portal Click here. and click the button "Serve next availalbe customer"
Click the verify button once you started serving the user to proceed the next step
Finish serving the customer
In this last step of the tutorial, you will finish serving the customer.
Please open Operator Portal Click here. and click the button "Serve next availalbe customer"

You are about to move your Queue from "Paused" to "Start" state. Please ensure that:

Operation not allowed
Queue can be run for a maximum of 24 hours in one go. You cannot proceed as this queue runtime has exceeded this time. Click the button below to re initialize your Queue.
Stop the QueueOnce you click the "Stop" button, all data related in the Queue will be removed.

Before you start the Queue, please check if:
Changes to the Queue settings are not allowed while is Queue is running.
Pausing the Queue:Always pause the Queue when you want to take a short break or you want to stop taking new customers.
Stopping the Queue:Stop the Queue once your are finished for the day. For short break or when you want to stop taking new customers briefly, always pause the Queue.
Max runtime:Queue cannot be run for more than 24 hours in a single go. Any running queue with more than 24 hours runtime will be automatically stopped.
Queue will pause if:You close the browser tab for QueueManager or if you lose your internet connection.
